Our Story
Olivotto Consulting started trading in 2021 as a solo venture with Marcel Olivotto at the helm. From the outset, Marcel focused on building a reputation for technical excellence and client-focused solutions. Recognising the need to meet growing client expectations, Marcel strategically expanded the firm’s capabilities by introducing advanced design technologies, diversifying service offerings, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Under Marcel’s leadership, the team grew steadily, attracting talented engineers and support staff who shared his commitment to quality and innovation. This deliberate growth ensured the company could deliver comprehensive structural and civil engineering solutions for increasingly complex projects.
Jake Young officially joined Olivotto Consulting as a shareholder and director in August 2025. Jake has been an integral part of our journey, bringing exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and a collaborative spirit to every project. His commitment to excellence and innovation aligns perfectly with our values and vision for the future.
To reflect this continued growth and expanded leadership within the firm, in October 2025 Olivotto Consulting rebranded as Olivotto & Young.
Our growth has been strong and the business is constantly evolving, but our commitment to delivering high-quality structural and civil engineering services remains the same.
